His role combines commercial strategy, investor coordination, business planning, and project structuring, helping transform underutilized assets into clear, marketable investment propositions.

His background also includes hands-on experience in the HORECA sector, particularly through coffee distribution and restaurant-related ventures, giving him a practical understanding of hospitality, customer experience, and income-generating properties. Within the platform, Suhil contributes local market knowledge, international perspective, deal sourcing, and business development expertise.
