Leonidas Chatzimichalis is a consultant and investor with experience in Greek real estate, winery investments, business restructuring, and strategic project development. Through ALEO Consultancy & OSEOS, he works on identifying, structuring, and repositioning investment opportunities in Greece, with a focus on real estate conversion projects, Golden Visa-oriented assets, hospitality concepts, and wine-sector investments. His role combines commercial strategy, investor coordination, business planning, and project structuring, helping transform underutilized assets into clear, marketable investment propositions.
Suhil Ghtanshi is a Libya-born entrepreneur and real estate specialist who has lived and worked in Greece for many years. With strong business ties between Greece and Libya, he brings valuable experience in real estate, cross-border trade, and commercial development. His background also includes hands-on experience in the HORECA sector, particularly through coffee distribution and restaurant-related ventures, giving him a practical understanding of hospitality, customer experience, and income-generating properties. Within the platform, Suhil contributes local market knowledge, international perspective, deal sourcing, and business development expertise.
