Partner Programme

The Partner Programme is how we work with the advisors, brokers and consultants who bring clients to our developments in Athens. It gives you the current position on every project, a written record of the clients you introduce, and direct contact with the team doing the work.

What partner access includes

  • Live inventory. Availability, prices and expected delivery on every project, read from the same record our own team works from.
  • Project documentation. Brochures, floor plans and unit schedules in one place, always the current version.
  • Unit holds. Place a time limited hold on a specific unit while your client decides. The hold is visible to you and to us, and it expires on its own.
  • Client registration. Register a client against a project and hold the introduction in writing.
  • Deal tracking. See where each introduction stands, from registration through reservation to completion.
  • Direct access. You deal with the people developing the asset.

How client protection works

Three rules, and they are the same for every partner.

  • An introduction is protected for 180 days from the moment it is registered in the portal.
  • Where the same client is registered by two partners, the first registration stands.
  • Every registration is timestamped and recorded in writing, and you can see it in the portal.

Protection attaches to the client and the project you register. How protection is renewed, extended or allowed to lapse is set out in the partner agreement.

Commercial terms

We do not publish commission rates and we do not run tiers. Terms are agreed per project, in writing, after your application is approved, and they are set out in a partner agreement signed by both sides. Submitting an application does not create a partnership or any entitlement to commission.

Who we work with

We keep the partner list small. What earns access is accuracy: advisors who understand investment grade real estate, who present the legal and tax position as it is rather than as a client would like it to be, and who work with buyers in a position to complete. Volume of enquiries does not earn access.

How to apply

  1. Apply. The application covers your details, your company, your market experience and the client base you work with, and asks for licence and identity documents where they apply.
  2. Review. We read every application ourselves. Registration is an application and not an approval, and we do decline.
  3. Agreement. If your application is accepted, we issue a partner agreement setting out the commercial terms for the project or projects concerned.
  4. Portal access. Once the agreement is signed, your portal credentials are issued.

What we do not do

  • We do not give legal, tax or immigration advice. Golden Visa eligibility, family inclusion, rental rules and tax treatment are confirmed in writing by a licensed Greek lawyer or accountant before your client commits to anything.
  • We do not guarantee residency outcomes, permit timelines or investment returns. Any rental or yield figure we publish is an indicative estimate, and it is dated.
  • We do not market third party stock. Every project in the portal is one we are developing or managing ourselves.

Applications are read by the partners of the firm. If you have a specific project or a specific client in mind, say so in the application. The current portfolio is on the developments page.
